After many challenging interviews and tests, 32 promising young talents have qualified to become participants of GEM Internship Program – GIP 2022. On 19th December 2022, at GEM office, the entrance ceremony was held with their attendance, where GEMers and GIP mentors were more than happy to welcome these new faces.
The interns attended an extensive introductory session, through which they had a thorough understanding of GEM’s core values and missions. In addition to CEO Ngo Khanh Hoang, the core speakers of the session also consisted of Ms. Dao Minh Phuong – Human Resources Development Manager, Mr. Do Ngoc Quyen – Director of TPO, and Mr. Do Anh Tuan – GIP’s Mentor Representative. Certainly, the session was informative and provided our interns with all the essential knowledge to get started at GEM.
Hopefully, GIP 2022 will be an exciting experience for our interns in the next 3 months. With the core values of Professionalism, Agility, and Credibility, GEM wishes to assist and support young IT talents in pursuing their career orientation.
