Korean Business Analyst

• Act as a trusted consultant to our clients and implementation partners
• Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
• Gather define and prioritize requirements of the project in close collaboration with the client; come up with the optimal solution for the product
• Maintain and verify requirements specifications according to established baselines
• Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to iron out ambiguity or complexity
• Create flow diagrams to get to grips with process issues, bottlenecks and guide other team members in their understanding of the subject matter
• Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company-wide and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Must have:

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Software Business Analyst
• Understand and apply fully BA’s task and process
• Korean equivalent to Topik 4+ (good communication);
• Knowledge of wire-frame prototype designing
• Knowledge of agile development and sprint methodology
• Detail oriented, logic mindset and systematic thinking
• Problem analyzing, problem solving skills

Would be a plus point if having the below skills:

• Studied or worked in Korea are advantages
• Sale and pre-sale experience are advantages
• Technical knowledge is a plus (API, SQL, ...)

  Salary: Negotiate

• Probation salary is 100% of the official salary
