On the afternoon of June 29th, GEM held the Open Talk event themed “Leading the Change” to announce major changes that will take place in the upcoming two quarters.
To adapt to changes in the IT industry and GEM’s prospective development strategy, our Board of Directors has made major adjustments. Specifically:
- GEM’s new organizational structure consists of Delivery Department, Delivery Support Department, and Functional Department. The Delivery Department will include three Software Development Divisions, alongside AI Division and Big Data Division
- GEM’s office will be relocated to a larger facility to match the company’s scaling plan.
In addition, GEM strives to standardize our delivery process based on the CMMi model. We aim to obtain the CMMi3 v2.0 certificate by the end of 2022. Besides, GEM will offer extensive training sessions for all employees across departments to advance their capability and strengthen the company’s overall competency. These plans serve to realize our mission – to provide excellent IT delivery service to enable clients’ success and foster new values in the global IT industry.
In his remark at the Open Talk event, Mr. Ngo Khanh Hoang – GEM’s CEO – shared his take on GEM’s development plan in the coming time, as well as the opportunities and challenges we may encounter. He expects that these significant changes will be the premise of GEM’s future growth.
